  • Vicki Condon AM - Founder & CEO

    Vicki is committed to impacting adolescent wellbeing and engagement in Australia through mentoring. Her career spans HR management, teaching at TAFE, and running a small business. 

    Vicki holds a BA degree from UNSW, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, a Cert IV TAE, and a Mental Health First Aid certificate. Vicki is a graduate of the AICD and her work has been recognised with awards like Pro Bono Impact 25, Marie Claire Glass Ceiling and the Telstra Business Award.

  • Fiona Treweeke - Marketing & Technology Director

    Fi is an analytical, results oriented marketer with over 20+ years’ experience in brand transformation and expertise in defining and implementing strategic market plans that deliver business growth, customer engagement and brand preference. 

    From senior roles in global corporate across telco, tech and ecommerce, Fi also heads up the technology team at Raise. Since 2020, Fi has delivered growth and continues to bring her unique combination of commerce, creativity and compassion to the team.

  • Lucy Snowball - Data & Youth Insights Director

    A data and evaluation expert, Lucy is passionate about using evidence to improve outcomes. Lucy joined Raise Foundation as the Data and Youth Insights Director in June 2021. Leading program evaluation, Lucy also ensures the youth voice is embedded across the organisation. 

    Prior to Raise, Lucy held a range of evaluation, policy and research leadership roles, most recently Lucy was the Director, Evaluation and Effectiveness at the NSW Department of Education.

     


  • Allison Salmon - People & Culture Director

    Allison is a People and Culture Professional with over 20 years’ experience developing and implementing people strategy, culture change and organisation development. Having worked across industries and countries in FMCG, Agribusiness, in both ASX listed and multinational corporations.

    Switching to the NFP sector, she joined Raise in February 2020. Passionate about championing organisational culture and people strategies to drive impact, Allison takes pride in creating positive, inclusive workplaces where people thrive and enjoy what they do.

  • Alison Hall - Strategy & Finance Director

    Alison joined Raise in 2016 and is committed to extending the presence of Raise accredited mentors in high schools across Australia through the development of strategic growth projects and long-term partnerships with value-aligned organisations.  

    Alison brings extensive commercial experience to her role from a long investment banking career which spanned new business and product innovation and implementation across a wide range of industries, asset classes and international jurisdictions.

  • Kathleen Vella - Program Director

    Kathleen is one of Australia’s leading authorities on youth mentoring having founded the Australian Youth Mentoring Network, Australia’s first peak body for the youth mentoring sector.

    Kathleen developed the minimum operational standards that all mentoring programs in Australia are encouraged to meet. Passionate and driven to deliver programs that enable the best possible outcomes for young people, she continues to consult privately in the sector.

    As the Program Director at Raise, Kathleen is responsible for the implementation and successful delivery of our programs nationwide, and leads the growth strategy for our ambitious school expansion.
