Workplace excursions
Great for staff engagement and giving young people a glimpse of working in the real world
A workplace excursion involves bringing a group of Raise mentees to your workplace for a 2–4 hour visit.
It’s a great opportunity for your teams to collaborate and produce a memorable experience which showcases your business. They also get a chance to give back to and engage with young people.
Many young people in our mentoring programs have no concept of what their future working life could look like.
It is inspiring for them to see inside the world of work, hearing employee stories and seeing how the skills they are learning now, like goal setting and teamwork can be useful in later life!
